Job Profile
The Site Technical Lead is an experienced programmer to support migration of C/C , Java, and shell scripts from Sun Solaris and HP-UX to Linux.
Candidates for this role must have the following:
- Must have in-depth knowledge and be able to write, compile, and debug C/C and Java.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of both Solaris and Linux system administration, user creation, file/directory - permissions, loading of software and system patches, TCP/IP concepts, NFS, NIS, DNS, storage concepts, performance tuning.
-Must be able to write and debug shell (ksh, csh, bsh, etc) and Perl scripts.
- Must be able to analyze requirements documents, track progress, document issues, and explain changes.

High School Diploma/GED At least 2 years experience in Solaris System Administration At least 2 years experience in Unix Shell Scripting experience English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years experience in C / Java experience At least 5 years experience in Unix Applied Knowledge of Linux System Administration English : Intermediate
