Associate Application Consultant – CRM Product Line
LOCATION:
Colorado Springs, CO
TRAVEL:
Moderate then Road Warrior including International Travel
SUMMARY:
This position is an integral part of the Professional Services team providing first class product, consulting services, and business process knowledge to our Public Sector customers. The CRM product line includes Epiphany Sales and Service, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing and Interaction Advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in client implementation projects.
Assist with the information gathering process for a client implementation; including the development of functional business requirements.
Develop system design products.
Configure
and customize
business software products in CRM
Develop test plans and test software configurations
Provide training to system end users
Implementation consultancy
Achieving engagement objectives
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
4 year college degree: Industrial Engineering or Management Information Systems
o
Strong familiarity and experience with at least one web programming language.
o
Java/J2SE, Java/J2EE – EJB, JSP, Servlets, and Web Services based on J2EE architecture, JavaScript.)
o
HTML, XML, Java Script
o
ASP.NET
o
Strong Familiarity and experience with RDBMS. (SQLServer, Oracle)
